State police clear scene at Golden Hill Courthouse following possible bomb threat

State police responded to the Golden Hill Courthouse in Bridgeport this morning following a possible bomb threat, Bridgeport's Office of Emergency Management & Homeland Security Director Scott Appleby says.
Appleby said state police were handling the incident.
State Police Sgt. Christine Jeltema says the state bomb squad conducted a thorough sweep of the building and the courthouse was expected to resume business.
People appeared to have been let back inside of the courthouse, and state police have left the scene
