2h agoConnecticut State Police say they handed out a ticket and court date Friday to a driver who was going almost 155 mph in Torrington.
They say a Toyota Camry was speeding through a construction zone on Route 8.
The driver was also charged with reckless driving and is due in court on Jan. 13.
