An outreach program funded by New York State is offering Bronx residents an opportunity to trim their winter heating bills.
Green Jobs - Green New York was formed to help property owners with 1-4 units, small business owners and multifamily homes receive free or low-cost energy audits.
After an assessment, homeowners can get a low interest loan and 20 percent off on upgrades to make their homes more energy-efficient.
