After resigning from his post earlier today, Democratic State Sen. Carl Kruger has pleaded guilty in an influence-peddling case.
He was accused of accepting more than $1 million in bribes.
Kruger, who has been in office since 1994, pleaded guilty to two conspiracy counts and two counts that cited travel act violations.
His sentencing is set for April 26.
