A Staten Island Amazon facility trying to unionize just won a key victory against the company.
A national labor relations board is recommending the union vote be upheld.
In April, warehouse workers at the Staten Island facility known as JFK8 voted to form the first-ever Amazon union in the U.S.
Amazon almost immediately contested the vote, but its arguments were just rejected.
Amazon plans to appeal the latest ruling.
