ALERTS: AIR QUALITY ALERT until Midnight

A_AirQuality.png

More smoke from the Canadian wildfires continues to drift through our area. There will be some improvement tonight and early tomorrow as a lot of it sinks to our south. The issue will be later Friday and into Saturday when winds turn southerly and bring the smoke back north again. Expect air quality to remain poor.

More improvement comes after the rain and storms on Saturday.

Tonight: Smoky skies, but less humid.

The sky will remain smoky and hazy with a partly cloudy sky. Low temperatures will fall into the middle 60s.

Friday: Less smoke, nicer today

Friday may start off smoky, but the afternoon looks better. Temperatures are in the mid-80s with a mix of sun and clouds and low humidity.

Saturday Soaker

Thunderstorms are expected on and off throughout the day, with flash flooding possible. Temperatures are in the 70s and 80s.

Sunday Sunshine

This is the pick of the weekend. Highs are in the low to mid 80s with low humidity and more sunshine.
