News 12 Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Darryl Green says to watch for the heaviest rain, which is set to arrive after 10 p.m. before transitioning to wet snow Tuesday morning.
Snow forecast: 1-3" for the Bronx. Slushy coating to two inches for Brooklyn. Street flooding and strong winds will be a major issue with this system.

Tuesday: Wet snow/wintry mix and gusty winds. Highs near 39. Lows near 33.
