The coldest air of the season arrives for on Tuesday, with blustery winds and wake-up wind chills near zero. Temperatures will not warm up in the afternoon, they will stay in the lower 20s, and the wind chills will be in the single digits and teens with the gusty winds.

Temperatures remain unseasonably cold this week, with brisk winds and dry conditions. Watch for the snow and ice to remain, as not much will melt until later on Wednesday, when we rise above freezing.
