Chance for rain on Saturday, better weather for Sunday

Warm and humid into the weekend, with the chance for a few showers.

HEADLINES:
Watch for a spot shower overnight, otherwise it's dry, with mostly cloudy skies and areas of fog. Lows near 63 degrees.
Saturday will be partly sunny to mostly cloudy, with the chance for rain showers during the afternoon. A good portion of the day will be dry, with highs in the mid-70s.
Sunday looks like the better weekend day, with sun and clouds and highs in the low to mid- 70s. There is a high risk of rip currents on our South Shore beaches this weekend so please use caution if you have plans to be near the water.
Next week starts with dry and seasonable weather Monday before the chance for showers and thunderstorms on Tuesday.
After that temperatures will rise to near 80 degrees again, with sunshine and drier weather through the end of the workweek.

SATURDAY: Warm and humid, with mostly cloudy skies. Chance for afternoon showers but most of the day will be dry. Highs near 75 degrees. Lows near 60 degrees.
SUNDAY: Sun and clouds. Highs near 76 degrees. Lows near 60 degrees.
MONDAY: Partly sunny to mostly cloudy. Highs near 74 degrees. Lows near 60 degrees.
TUESDAY: Mostly cloudy, with the chance for showers and storms. Highs near 75 degrees. Lows near 62 degrees.
WEDNESDAY: Partly sunny and warmer, with highs in the upper 70s to near 80 degrees. Lows near 62 degrees.
THURSDAY: Mostly sunny and nice, with highs near 80 degrees. Lows near 63 degrees.
