An MTA bus driver has been charged in connection to the death of a woman hit by a bus in Brooklyn.
Audley Smith, 62, was charged with failure to yield to a pedestrian and failure to exercise due care in the death of Yu Qing Chen, 81.
The incident happened Wednesday as Chen was crossing the street near Bay Parkway and Stillwell Avenue around 8 p.m.
