New York University Tandon School of Engineering has named its first female dean.
The first thing Jelena Kovacevic wants people to know is that she really loves her new job.
Kovacevic is the first woman to lead the institution in its 164-year history.
She says she feels right at home as the dean. Kovacevic considers herself lucky to have this position in a male-dominated field.
