One person is hospitalized and several other people are injured after police say they were attacked during four different instances in Bushwick.
Police say three of the four victims were not only robbed, but also shot with a stun gun.
They say a group of men was seen using the victims’ credit cards at a bodega on Nostrand Avenue near Fulton Street.
Investigators say on Jan. 29 between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m., the group approached a 40-year-old woman who was sitting in her parked car with her window open on the corner of Lawton Street and Bushwick Avenue. Police say they tried to use a stun gun on her, but she was able to drive away.
Police say they then used the stun gun on a man on Hancock Street and stole his belongings.
Shortly after that, police say they used it again on a 30-year-old woman on Macdonough Street and Throop Avenue and stole her belongings. She was taken to the hospital to be treated for bruises and cuts down the face and head.
Police say on Feb. 2 around 10 p.m., the group stole an electric bike near Fulton Street and Throop Avenue when the victim was inside a McDonald's.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
