Developers and local officials cut the ribbon at the newly redeveloped Studebaker service station on Dean Street in Crown Heights Tuesday afternoon.
The four-story, 150,000-square-foot space received a $30 million makeover. Currently, there are 29 tenants, but it has a capacity for 100.
One of those new tenants moving into 1000 Dean St. is a beer garden and food hall. It's opening in the coming months on the first floor.
Developer Donald Capoccia, of BFC Partners, says Crown Heights is the next frontier for new development.
