Students, parents and faculty at Lehman High School met with education officials this evening to protest the school's potential closure.
The Department of Education (DOE) is considering shutting Lehman's doors altogether or possibly placing a smaller school inside the current campus. Lehman is one of 33 schools on the chopping block.
Students have been vocal about the city's decision and say they are planning an effective presentation for tonight.
The DOE will decide the fate of the school at the next hearings in April.
