The majority of Greenpoint drivers are treating McGuinness Boulevard as a raceway, according to a recent speed study.
The Transportation Alternatives survey found that 66 percent of vehicles are going above the speed limit. Neighbors Allied for Good Growth says the statistic contributed to 13 fatal accidents over the last 10 years.
