Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Darryl Green says it will be a sunny and warm Thursday across the New York City metro area.
Thursday will see mostly sunny skies and warm with temperatures in the low-70s.
Friday will be mostly cloudy with showers expected in the afternoon and temperatures in the low-60s.
Rain and windy conditions are expected Saturday with temperatures in the upper-50s.
Mother's Day Sunday will feature morning clouds ahead of afternoon sunshine and highs in the low-60s.
The start of the new work week on Monday will see mild temperatures in the mid-60s under sunny skies.
FORECAST
THURSDAY: Mostly sunny and warm. Highs near 73. Lows near 52.
FRIDAY: Mostly cloudy/ filtered sunshine, afternoon showers. Highs near 63. Lows near 49.
SATURDAY: Soaking rain and windy. Highs near 57. Lows near 47.
SUNDAY: MOTHER'S DAY- Morning clouds give way to afternoon sunshine, nice and cool. Highs near 62. Lows near 48.
MONDAY: Milder, sunny with high thin clouds and pleasant. Highs near 66. Lows near 50.
TUESDAY: Warm and sunny. Highs near 69. Lows near 52.
