The Department of Buildings has issued a partial vacate order after a structure in the rear of a supermarket collapsed Wednesday night.

FDNY responded to a call of a partial collapse just before 8 p.m. at 3104 Futon St.

Upon arrival they observed a participially collapsed rear set back.

The Department of Buildings says the rest of the building was deemed safe to be reoccupied.

A violation was filed for the owners for failure to maintain the building.

The supermarket on the first floor is to be closed until an engineering report is completed.
