The suspect in a Brooklyn shooting that wounded four NYPD officers on Saturday remains in the hospital.
According to officials, 33-year-old Nakwon Foxworth could be arraigned this week for allegedly holding his pregnant girlfriend and 4-month-old son captive. He was shot in the stomach after opening fire on police.
Cops say Foxworth was released from prison in 2010 after serving 10 years for attempted murder and robbery, and selling drugs in prison.
Foxworth is now being charged with attempted murder, assault of a police officer and criminal possession of a weapon.
