(AP) -- Authorities say a man believed to be the triggerman in a fatal shooting near New York's Penn Station has been arrested in Rhode Island.
State police say a firearm was found in the Cranston home where Francisco Alsina was arrested Thursday night.
The 23-year-old Alsina was arraigned Friday in Warwick. It isn't clear if he has a lawyer.
Three men were shot Monday at a subway entrance near Penn Station following a confrontation at a McDonald's.
A 43-year-old man shot in the neck died at the scene. The two other victims were hospitalized.
Police in New York took a suspect into custody Thursday for questioning. He's being held on a drug possession charge.
Police say investigators are searching for a third suspect they believe drove the getaway car.
