Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a person who they say stabbed a man Friday night in Flatbush.

Investigators say the suspect stabbed the 51-year-old victim in the chest around 6:30 p.m. at the crossroads of Church and Rogers avenues.

The two were engaging in an argument just prior to the incident, according to police.

Authorities say the victim was hospitalized and is expected to be OK.

The suspect was last seen fleeing in a black jacket and suit.

Police urge anyone with additional information to call 1-800-577-TIPS.
