Police are warning Greenpoint residents to be on the lookout for a burglary suspect.
The NYPD released a photo of the man who they say targeted homes along Eckford Street on Monday.
According to authorities, the suspect went onto the roofs of two separate buildings and used the fire escapes to get into apartments through unlocked windows.
He allegedly stole cash, jewelry and small electronics from four units in one building, but ran away empty-handed when he was caught by a tenant in the second building.
