The Bronx teenager accused of shooting an 8-year-old boy in Soundview appeared in court today.
Eduardo Rodriguez, 15, allegedly opened fire outside a bodega on Randall Avenue in February in what NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly said was a gang-related dispute. Armando Vigo was caught in the crossfire, but has made a full recovery.
Rodriguez faces several charges, including attempted murder and assault.
Rodriguez will be back in court on Oct. 23.
