Jeremiah Ryan was arraigned on charges of murder and two counts of attempted murder, among five other charges.
The 17-year-old was accused of shooting three students as they were walking home from school in Melrose on April 8 of this year.
The bullets that were allegedly fired from what authorities called a ghost gun killed 16-year-old Angellyh Yambo, as she was caught in the crossfire with two other students on her way home from University Prep Charter High School.
