Three teens were arraigned in Brooklyn?s Criminal Court Thursday in the assault and robbery of a gay black man.Police say the men attacked 29-year-old Michael Sandy at the Plum Beach rest stop. They say 20-year-old Ilya Shurov, 19-year-old John Fox and a 16-year-old boy, met the man online and lured him to the area by promising him sex. Police say he was then attacked and robbed. Sandy was hit by a car on the Belt Parkway as he was running away from his attackers. A grand jury will hear the case. Sandy remains in critical condition at Brookdale University Hospital.
