Temps drop for cool, very dry weekend across New York City

News 12 Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Darryl Green says New York City will see sunny conditions and mild temperatures this Easter holiday weekend.  
NOW: Temps drop below 40 overnight with cool and dry conditions lingering into Saturday.
NEXT: Bright, warm and sunny Easter weekend ahead.
OVERNIGHT: Partly to mostly clear. Colder. Lows down to 39.
SATURDAY: Back to the sunshine but cooler. Highs only near 54, but the winds subside. Lows down to 40.
SUNDAY - EASTER SUNDAY: A bit milder and mostly sunny. Highs back up to 58. Lows down to 44.
MONDAY: Sunny and mild. Highs jump to 64. Lows near 50.
TUESDAY: More sunshine and even milder. Highs approach 72. Lows around 55.
WEDNESDAY: Potential to be milder than current forecast. Sunny and warm with highs up to 78. Lows around 59.
THURSDAY - FRIDAY: There's a chance with plenty of sun. Highs in the upper-70s to near 80. Lows around 60. No rain expected until maybe Friday night.
