The big cool down starts today with temperatures stuck in the mid to upper-40s. Today will be chilly, cloudy and breezy with occasional sprinkles. Thankfully, temperatures recover just in time for the Yankees home opener game tomorrow with highs in the low- to mid-60s. Expect areas of fog and clouds to start with afternoon sun with milder temperatures.
We have a milder Easter weekend ahead but with chances of wet weather. Saturday will be the drier half with a bit more sunshine and highs in the 70s. A storm system will move through the area Saturday evening into Sunday bringing a chance of showers. Up to an inch of rainfall is possible. Stay tuned for updates.
