A Texas man is facing five federal charges, accused of threatening to assassinate Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and a police officer.
Court documents show Garret Miller tweeted for the congresswoman’s assassination.
It also showed that he called for the death of an officer who killed a rioter at the Capitol siege on Jan. 6.
He said the officer won't "survive long" because "it's hunting season."
