You'll want to lace up your sneakers for a new photo exhibit in DUMBO that's also a walk in the park.
The Fence stretches from the north end of Brooklyn Bridge Park near Main Street to Pier 5 near Joralemon Street, giving visitors a view of the city and its bridges while they make their way through 1,000 feet of photographs.
The installation was put together by Photoville NYC, and includes the work of 42 photographers from around the world. Laura Roumanos of United Photo Industry helped produce the annual photo installation, which is now in its third year.
This year, photographers were asked to submit pictures about community. The exhibit ended up with photos ranging from families alongside a week's worth of their own garbage, to cheerleaders enjoying their golden years.
The Fence will be on display through the end of September.
