From anxiety over catching COVID-19 to fears of losing flexibility gained while working from home, many workers do not want to go back to their pre-pandemic ways.
News 12's Elizabeth Hashagen was joined this morning by Rachel Casanova and Bhushan Sethi to discuss what our offices will look like post-pandemic.
Microsoft has begun bringing back some employees in a "soft open" of its Redmond, Washington, headquarters. Target Corp., anticipating a permanent combination of hybrid and in-office work, has downsized its corporate office space in Minneapolis by a third.
A survey released last month by the American Psychological Association found that 49% of adults feel uneasy about returning to in-person interactions once the pandemic is over. Vaccination status did not affect that - 48% of those who have already been vaccinated say they feel uncomfortable with in-person interactions.
