News 12's Lisa LaRocca is in Thunderbolt 12 checking on roadways across the Hudson Valley after powerful storms ripped through the region Monday.
The Bronx River Parkway has reopened since flooding closed it Monday afternoon.
The parkway was closed in both directions from the Sprain Brook Parkway split to the County Center. Crews worked overnight to move the water and mud and reopened the parkway just after 6:30 a.m.
