NEW YORK—Time Magazine has revealed the July 2 cover of President Donald Trump staring down at a sobbing child, with the words "Welcome to America."
The 2-year-old Honduran girl was her crying for her mother who was detained in Texas.
Getty photographer John Moore said he had to stop and take deep breaths after he snapped it.
