Time is almost up to get your fill of delicious homemade pasta and other Italian favorites around the borough.
News 12 visited Giovanni's Brooklyn Eats in South Slope, which is just one of the Brooklyn restaurants participating in Italian Restaurant Week.
The popular Italian eatery has been offering a $25 dinner menu, which includes an appetizer, entrée and even dessert. And for an extra $12, you can get a wine tasting too.
Owner Giovanni Tafuri says the event has been good for business. "It brings back the basics and the traditions of the simple restaurants that provide just good food, great prices and makes you feel at home."
Italian Restaurant Week comes to an end on Wednesday.
