? Transit workers were injured Wednesday when a train operator apparently suffered a seizure and slammed the train into a barrier at the Canarsie rail yard.
Metropolitan Transportation Authority officials say no passengers were aboard at the time of the accident. Officials believe the operator was trying to park the eight-car train about 11:48 a.m. after it was cleaned. The operator and two other workers were taken to Brooklyn Hospital due to unspecified injuries.
A fourth employee aboard the train escaped injury.
