The jury heard opening statements Friday from the prosecution and defense in the case of the 2018 murder of Lesandro Junior Guzman Feliz.
The two defendants, Diego Suero and Frederick Then, are accused as the gang ring leaders that ordered gang members to kill rival gang members, leading to Junior’s death.
