The troubled Cafe Sirata in Morris Park has been ordered closed for five days for alleged violations of the city's sidewalk cafe laws.
The cafe was also the site of a shooting on Saturday that left a man dead and another injured.
The eatery had received multiple warnings about the unlicensed sidewalk seating from the Department of Consumer Affairs, but allegedly ignored them.
Cafe Sirata was also ordered to pay a $500 fine for the violation.
