An unstable Brooklyn home is scheduled to be demolished.
According to neighbors, the building at Dekalb and Throop avenues has been empty and in disrepair for several years. They say it's been a fear that it could collapse at any time.
Department of Building (DOB) inspectors evaluated the site Thursday and issued two violations against the owner, Fountain Realty, for failing to maintain the building.
