A partial vacate order is now posted on the cellar door of 1521 70th St. in Bensonhurst.

Building investigators said the basement, which is listed on the certificate of occupancy as an office, had several violations. Investigators found massage tables and chairs, as well as electronic gambling machines inside.

“I don’t know what they’re doing, but something’s going on here,” said one woman who lived nearby and asked not to be identified.

Investigators said it all started when firefighters responded to an e-bike fire shortly after 1 p.m. on Monday.

The FDNY said one person was hurt and taken to a hospital.

A News 12 crew found a charred bike near the scene on Tuesday, but the FDNY would not confirm if it was the same bike.

The Department of Buildings told News 12 it was called to the scene and found several violations in the cellar.

“I’d see different people coming in and out, parked here for hours!” said the unidentified woman.

News 12 reached out to several businesses that are advertised in other parts of the three-story building, but they either didn’t answer or declined to comment.

One woman who appeared behind the vacate sign inside the basement on Tuesday refused to answer questions.
