The shooting happened Tuesday around 8 p.m. near the intersection of Sheridan Avenue and McCellan Street.
Police say 23-year-old Sally Ntim was fatally shot in the head while sitting in her car.
Surveillance video released by police shows a man wearing a hoodie firing off shots and running away.
Police say a man in the hoodie and another man off camera showed their guns and started shooting at each other.
Officers say Ntim was struck in the head by a stray bullet.
She was brought to the hospital where she later died.
