Cellphone video shows a scaffold collapse after high winds knocked it over during Tuesday's storm.
The incident happened on Bedford and Willoughby avenues Tuesday around 5 p.m.
The video was posted to Twitter and shows the scaffolding fall from the roof of a brick building before collapsing to the street below.
Officials say no one was injured during the incident.
