Family and friends gathered by candlelight in Crown Heights Tuesday to honor a woman who lost her life in a double shooting over the weekend. 
Police say 32-year-old Tamecca Haskins died after being shot in the chest on Lefferts Place in Bed-Stuy Sunday morning. 
Community advocate Tony Herbert announced that the neighborhood will continue to hold rallies and vigils in an effort to stop the violence. 
A 34-year-old man was also shot multiple times, but is expected to be OK.
