A vigil was held on Wednesday in Bed-Stuy to remember Adam Ulster.
Ulster, 39, was hit and killed while riding his bike last week.
Police say Uster was riding in the bike lane on May 1 when a truck driver made a right turn on Franklin Avenue and struck him. Uster was brought to a local hospital where he died.
Uster was the 13th bike rider to be killed so far this year on city streets. Transportation Alternatives says this is already the deadliest year for bicyclists in the Vision Zero era.
