A wake was held Friday for five family members from Brooklyn who were killed in a car crash on Long Island.
According to police, the family was heading home last month when their car veered off the Southern State Parkway, struck a tree and burst into flames.
They say Myriam Lebrun, 37, her mother and three kids were all in the vehicle.
The wake was held at Hempstead Funeral Home on Long Island. The funeral is set for Saturday at St. Martha's Catholic Church in Uniondale.
