Warm temperatures and mostly sunny skies in Brooklyn, bracing for Friday evening rain

TONIGHT: Clouds clearing, cool. Lows down to 61. Open up the windows!
TOMORROW: Sunshine gives way to a few afternoon clouds. A tad warmer. Highs on either side of 80. Lows near 65.
THURSDAY: Sunny, turning hot and humid. Highs up to 87, feeling like closer to 90. Lows near 73.
FRIDAY: Hazy, hot and humid. Sunny start, afternoon clouds. Highs up to 90. A cold front likely brings a quick-moving round of thunderstorms around the evening.
Depending on timing and strength, there is severe potential. Still early on details but we'll know more by early Thursday. Lows down to 69.
FATHER'S DAY WEEKEND: Perfection. Sunny, warm, and comfortable. Highs around 80, lows around 65. EARLY NEXT WEEK: A heat dome is likely to develop, but exactly where and how strong is TBD. 90s are on the table for an extended stretch starting next Tuesday through next Friday, we will update with more details as they come in over the next several days.
