Police have released video of the suspect wanted in connection to a shooting in East New York.
The NYPD released the surveillance video late Wednesday night.
In it, police say, is the man they believe pulled the trigger.
He is seen walking down the street in the video. It also shows a white SUV which is what investigators say they believe he fled the scene in.
The shooting happened around 2:30 a.m. Sunday in front of the deli at 2481 Pitkin Ave.
Police tell News 12 the victim, a 34-year-old man, was standing in front of the deli when the suspect walked up and shot him in the head. Workers at the deli tell News 12 the victim is a frequent customer.
The victim remains in the hospital this morning in critical condition.
Police believe the suspect and the victim knew each other in some capacity, but the exact extent of their relationship is unclear.
