News 12 meteorologists say Thursday will see a big drop in temperatures after Wednesday's high temps in the 60s.
Expect Friday to have rain/ice/snow mix with 1 to 3 inches of slushy snow possible across the city. The Bronx can get closer to 3 inches of snow and Brooklyn can receive up to a coating to an inch of snow.
OVERNIGHT: Increasing clouds and much colder. Lows near 32.
THURSDAY: Overcast sky, wintry mix late. High near 40. Low near 30.
FRIDAY: Wintry mix early, turning to mainly a cold rain. Treacherous travel conditions for Friday morning commute. High near 38. Low near 25.
SATURDAY: Mostly sunny and cold. Highs near 34. Lows near 28.
SUNDAY: Partly sunny, brisk and breezy. Highs near 42. Lows near 25.
MONDAY: Mostly sunny and cold. Highs near 32. Lows near 23.
TUESDAY: Mix of sun and clouds, cold. Highs near 38. Lows near 33.
