Residents in West Farms say they've had it with a dirty vacant lot at the corner of Alden Place and Webster Avenue. People who live nearby say it's been a problem for years.
Neighbors say the lot attracts mosquitos and garbage and has also been a magnet for criminal activity.
According to Department of Finance Records, the lot is owned by the city. The Department of Sanitation says it will send out workers to inspect the property.
