Westchester County announced a new initiative to tackle the opioid epidemic.
Officials gathered Wednesday to explain the "Opioid Response and Overdose Response Initiative" or ORI.
It's a dual approach that focuses on targeting those who are supplying heroin, fentanyl and other opiates contributing to the addiction crisis, whether they are medical professionals or dealers on the street.
The district attorney says the ORI will be especially focused on those dealers who prey on minors.
