White Plains police say a man was fatally shot on New Year's Eve.
Shawn Jefferson, 49, was shot on North Kenisco Avenue in the final minutes of 2021.
Police tell News 12 they've been knocking on doors in the neighborhood including at the apartment complex where Jefferson lived - just steps away from where he was killed.
