Gov. Ned Lamont joined Wilton officials to celebrate a business expansion that will bring up to 1,000 new jobs to the town.
They helped ASML break ground on a $200 million manufacturing site. The company makes the machines which create the most advanced semi-conducer chips.
Wilton First Selectwoman Lynne Vanderslice says the partnership benefits both the company and the Wilton community.
The company's Wilton location is their largest manufacturing site outside its home country of the Netherlands.
