It happened on Osborn Street around 4 a.m.
Police say they responded to a 911 call for two men shot in the area of the 73rd precinct.
They say a 40-year-old man and a 37-year-old man were found with gunshot wounds to their back and forearm, and both were transported to Brookdale Hospital where they were pronounced dead.
Police say the 40-year-old man has been identified as Perry Chance, a Brooklyn native and father of four.
The 37-year-old man's identity has not yet been released pending family notification, police say.
